Dragon Skin explores the fetishization of power. It presents the sole of a military boot, in an exaggerated, monstrous form, whereby a recognizable object transforms into a humorous snake-like, alien dragon skin. Made of polyurethane, the material is hard and toxic, yet flexible. Incorporating elements of both the industrial and the sensual echoes the grand structural undertakings aesthetically expressed with an unspoken sensuality.
